It was more than satisfying.\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003eIn 2008 he built his first structure allowing the oysters to be removed from the water mechanically at a sustained and controlled pace.\u003cbr\u003eToday, 55 oyster farms are equipped with solar panels and\/or wind turbines. Controlled remotely, the motors activate the poles which wind or unwind the oyster ropes. It is not the water that recedes but the oysters that rise and emerge out of the water.
