Dried Porcini


The dried boletus, from the Latin name Boletus Edulis, is carefully sorted by hand and undergoes rigorous selection.
It is an excellent mushroom with a mild nutty flavor.
< br>Tasting: Rehydrate for 1 to 2 hours and rinse thoroughly, then sauté them in the pan with garlic and parsley for a real treat as an accompaniment to meat or poultry

Ingredients: Dried porcini mushrooms Boletus Edulis
Storage: In a dry place away from heat, it can be kept for up to 18 months.
Quantity: The Cep by rehydrating will gain 3.5 times its weight. 10g of dried porcini mushrooms will be equivalent to approximately 35g of fresh porcini mushrooms.
