The whole truffle goes very well with fish, game, meat and poultry without forgetting the eggs.
A canned truffle should be worked a minimum and not just grated on your dish.
Use it preferably in a hot preparation or in a sauce.

Dry and protected from heat.
Once opened, keep cool and consume quickly.
