Top Quality Dried Porcini
Dried porcini, from the latin Boletus Edulis, is carefully sorted and selected by hand.
It's an excellent mushroom with a sweet and nutty flavor.
Use: Rehydrate for 1 to 2 hours and rinse thoroughly, then brown them in a pan with garlic and parsley to serve with meat or poultry.

Conservation: 18 months when stored in a dry place, away from heat.
Quantity: Upon rehydration, the porcini will gain 3.5 times its weight. 10g of dried porcini will be equivalent to around 35g of fresh porcini mushrooms.
