Fallen into it when he was little, the world of truffles no longer holds any secrets for him. His father took him everywhere: to the markets, to visit brokers, to the peasants, to pick up truffles.... He thus transmitted to him his passion, and above all the workings of the trade. Time passes, and when he turned 21, he left to study in the USA, and it was only natural that he agreed to knock on the doors of the great New York kitchens. The American adventure then began for him. Daniel Boulud is his very first client. Even today the story continues around the world, making his passion, his will and his talent a winning formula.
