Friend in life, Partner in work
He believed that accounting would remain his first and only profession. But that was without counting his meeting with Christopher and the friendship that bound them. His passion for cooking, his memories of a childhood hanging out in the kitchen of his parents' restaurant, his taste for truffles and his terroir, were right in his choice. He joined the Plantin family in 2007, touring the Vaucluse markets with Hervé Poron, from Richerenches to Carpentras. He then maintains, as in the kitchen, the love of good things, in the constant search for the best quality.
