OUR STORY
I was born into a family that likes to eat at home while cooking as a family. Passionate since my childhood by small producers close to home preserving nature and the soil and animal species while producing healthy and high quality food, I decided to highlight the ancestral knowledge from all over the world of our passionate producers. to the delight of chefs. By giving time to time to our producers for the development of their products and by sharing this knowledge with our passionate team today we deliver nearly 300 chefs (often avant-garde) throughout Canada.
