Sardines in olive oil

These “sprats” sardines were caught by trawl in the Baltic Sea. They can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toasted bread, in salads or as an accompaniment to steamed potatoes.

Ingredients : Sprats (Sprattus sprattus)70%, olive oil 28.8%, salt. Trawling.

Conservation : At room temperature, away from heat and humidity. After opening keep between 0°/+4° and consume within 48 hours.
