Montreal en Lumière 2025: our exceptional products shine at the gastronomic festival

At the beginning of March, the Quebec metropolis pulsed to the rhythm of the 26th edition of Montréal en Lumière, one of the largest winter festivals in the world combining gastronomy, arts, and light experiences. This year again, the event transformed the heart of the city into a vibrant celebration, where our team of exceptional product suppliers played a key role with the participating restaurateurs.

From February 27 to March 9, 2025, Montréal en Lumière offered an exceptional platform for local and international culinary talents. The Quartier des spectacles transformed into a true gastronomic paradise, where food lovers could discover the richness and diversity of the Quebec culinary scene.

The gastronomic aspect of the festival, a historical pillar of the event, presented a particularly ambitious program this year, highlighting the excellence of Quebec's local products and the creativity of Montreal's chefs.
