The Egg Mayo Championship is coming to Quebec!
Montreal will host on October 20 a culinary event as surprising as it is appetizing: the first Quebec Championship of Egg Mayo.
It is at the Union Française de Montréal, located at 429 Viger East Avenue, that this original competition will take place on Monday, October 20, from 2 PM to 8 PM. The event promises to transform a classic of French cuisine into a true competitive discipline.
