Visual: Grains of an impressive size for this species, perfectly formed and regular, displaying a color of anthracite gray to dark brown with pearlescent reflections. The shiny appearance and firm texture testify to the exceptional freshness of the product.

On the nose: Delicate and refined bouquet, remarkably low in iodine for caviar. Subtle marine aromas blend with creamy and buttery notes, creating a very fine olfactory ensemble without aggressiveness.

On the palate: Silky and melting texture that delicately envelops the palate. The unique flavors unfold with subtle complexity, revealing measured iodized notes accompanied by a characteristic silky aroma. The moderate salinity allows for full appreciation of the product's rich taste.

Must be kept at 3°C. Once opened, consume within a maximum of 48 hours. Before opening, it can be stored for 2 to 6 months depending on the expiration date. Avoid temperature fluctuations and never freeze.
