INFORMATIONS PRODUIT

White asparagus of the Bellor variety, grown in Belgium on sandy soils. Hand-harvested in the full spring season (April–June). Sorted and packaged. Fresh product untreated after harvest.

NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION

tender and melting hair, sweet and delicately sugary flavor with a slight buttery note. Well-closed head, fiberless texture, pleasant hint of bitterness at the end of the mouth, typical of the great white spring asparagus.

CONSEIL DE CONSERVATION

Store between 0 and 4 °C, away from light, preferably wrapped in a damp cloth or standing in a bit of water. Consume within 5 to 7 days after harvest to preserve its freshness.
