This balsamic comes from a blend of old and young cider vinegars, pure maple syrup from Quebec and our cooked apple must.

It has aromas of fruity vinegar balanced by the sweetness of apple and maple syrup.

An exceptional balsamic perfect for both sweet and savory recipes, or even diluted with a little fresh water.
