01 Transmontanus Caviar


Premium caviar from the sturgeon "Acipenser Transmontanus". The size of its grains is surprising in this species. It is the signature of Iranian artisans who came to transmit their know-how to Italy.  It has buttery flavors with notes of undergrowth. A subtle and melting fat.
