INFORMATIONS PRODUIT

Ideal for larding meats and enhancing their flavor and tenderness during cooking. Perfect on toast, tartines, or charcuterie boards. Can be thinly sliced, shaved, or melted into a sauce to add depth and character.

NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION

Appearance: A dense, compact cut with a generous, fragrant rind, revealing prolonged aging through its firm, homogeneous texture.

Aroma: Intense aromatic bouquet with notes of Herbes de Provence, sage, and Madagascar pepper. A depth characteristic of slow, dry-cured aging.
